I am not a huge meatloaf fan but my boys are so I try to make it often. <br /><br />I like to make it the night before, cooked and all and then the next day, I like to cut a big peice off and grill it to give it that smoky flavor and girll marks and serve it on a roll.<br /><br />Delish!<br /><br />Take pics next time!
